The concept of Quality of Work Life (QWL) has evolved significantly over the decades, becoming a central concern for organizations striving to enhance employee satisfaction, commitment, and performance. This study investigates the various dimensions and antecedents of QWL, focusing on their interrelationship and impact on organizational effectiveness. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study evaluates key factors such as job security, worklife balance, organizational culture, employee involvement, and physical work environment. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 200 employees across various industries. The findings suggest that a positive QWL significantly influences employee motivation, retention, and productivity. This paper concludes with practical suggestions for HR practitioners and managers to enhance QWL and foster a supportive workplace culture.
