Abstract

The Online Event Management System is a dynamic web-based pwtfonn designed to streamline the process of organizing, managing, and tracking events s11ch as technical,, non-technical,, and webinar sessions. This system provides a comprehensive sollltion by integrating f11nctionalities such as I/Ser registration, event creation, certifwate uploads, p11blication s11bmissions, and event doc11mentation. B11il1 11sing Python 3.7 and MySQL, the application offers a 11ser-friendly interface for students, researchers, and coordinators to manage events efficiently. It red11ces man11al workload, improves accessibility, and enhances I/Ser interaction with feat11res like online doc11ment 11ploads, certifwate downloads, and event archives. The pl,atform 11ltimately abns to modernize the event management process in academic and research institutions.
