Chat bot applications in real time have gained relevance in the current digital communication system. These chat bots are based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to interpret user requests and reply to them in a human way. This research primarily aims at developing and describing a realtime chat bot application that is able to communicate effectively with its users through the use of NLP. The chat bot gets the input or the user input, interprets language patterns, and creates correct responses in real-time. These applications are common in customer support, education, healthcare, and e-commerce in order to save the human effort and enhance the response time. In this paper, the fundamental ideas, the mechanism of the work, and significance of the NLP-based real-time chat bot systems are discussed.
