The rapid growth of e-commerce and global supply chains has increased the demand for efficient, transparent, and responsive logistics systems. This paper presents the design of an Intelligent Logistics System (ILS) leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT) to optimize logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation tracking, and delivery scheduling. The proposed system integrates IoT-enabled sensors, RFID tags, GPS modules, and cloud-based platforms to provide real-time visibility, automated monitoring, and predictive analytics across the supply chain. Simulation and prototype testing demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency, resource utilization, and delivery accuracy, while reducing costs and minimizing human intervention. By combining IoT technologies with intelligent data processing, the system supports adaptive decisionmaking, proactive problem detection, and enhanced customer satisfaction. This study highlights the potential of IoTdriven logistics systems to transform traditional supply chain operations into smart, scalable, and highly efficient networks.
