Weather forecasting plays a crucial role in minimizing the impact of natural climatic disasters such as floods, cyclones, droughts, heatwaves, thunderstorms, and heavy rainfall events. Accurate and timely weather prediction enables governments, disaster management agencies, and communities to take preventive measures that protect lives, infrastructure, and economic resources. Traditional forecasting methods often face challenges in handling the complex and dynamic nature of atmospheric conditions. This paper presents a weather forecasting framework that utilizes advanced machine learning and data analytics techniques to predict weather conditions and support the prevention of natural climate-related hazards. The proposed system analyzes historical weather records, atmospheric parameters, satellite observations, and environmental data to identify weather patterns and forecast future climatic events. Machine learning algorithms are employed to improve prediction accuracy, detect anomalies, and provide early warning alerts for extreme weather conditions. Experimental analysis demonstrates that intelligent forecasting models significantly enhance prediction reliability and support proactive disaster preparedness. The proposed framework contributes to improved climate risk management, public safety, and sustainable environmental planning through accurate and timely weather forecasting.
