The Rapido Ride Booking and Analytics System is a digital transportation management application designed to simplify the process of booking two-wheeler rides and analyzing ride-related information. The system provides a platform where customers can request rides, view available ride details, and track their booking status. It also provides useful analytical information about rides, customers, drivers, revenue, and trip patterns. The system allows users to enter their pickup and destination locations and request a ride according to their requirements. Driver information, estimated fare, ride status, and other relevant details can be displayed to the customer. The booking module manages the complete ride lifecycle, starting from ride requests and driver assignment to trip completion and payment recording. An analytics module is included to analyze the collected ride data and generate meaningful insights. It can provide information such as total rides, completed rides, cancelled rides, revenue trends, peak booking periods, popular locations, and driver performance. These insights can help administrators understand operational patterns and identify areas that require improvement. The system can also maintain customer and driver information, ride history, payment details, ratings, and feedback. Dashboards and charts can be used to present important information in an easy-to-understand format. This allows users and administrators to access relevant information without manually analyzing large amounts of ride data. Overall, the proposed system combines ride booking functionality with data analytics in a single platform. It can reduce manual work, improve ride management, provide better visibility into transportation operations, and support data-driven decisionmaking. Future enhancements can include real-time GPS tracking, dynamic pricing analysis, AI-based demand prediction, route optimization, intelligent driver allocation, and advanced customer behavior analysis.
