This study focuses on the cost analysis of tractor dealerships with special reference to Shivaraj Tractor. The research examines various cost components involved in the dealership business such as purchasing cost, transportation, employee salaries, maintenance, marketing, inventory management, and operational expenses. The study also analyzes sales performance, profit margins, customer demand, and financial efficiency of the dealership. The objective of the study is to understand the factors affecting dealership profitability and to identify methods for improving operational efficiency and reducing unnecessary expenses. The research is based on both primary and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, and company records. The findings reveal that effective inventory management, customer service, and cost control play a significant role in improving dealer profitability and business sustainability.
