Employee retention has become one of the most significant challenges for organizations in the modern business environment, particularly after the widespread adoption of hybrid work models. The hybrid work environment combines remote work and office-based work, allowing employees to perform their responsibilities from multiple locations while maintaining organizational collaboration and productivity. The increasing use of digital communication technologies, cloud computing, virtual collaboration platforms, and flexible work policies has transformed the traditional workplace into a more employee-centered and technology-driven environment. Organizations across various industries have adopted hybrid work models to improve employee satisfaction, enhance work-life balance, reduce operational costs, and attract skilled professionals. Employee retention refers to an organizations ability to retain talented employees for a long period by providing a supportive work environment, career development opportunities, competitive compensation, employee recognition, flexible work arrangements, effective leadership, and organizational support. In a hybrid work environment, employee retention is influenced by several factors including job satisfaction, communication effectiveness, organizational culture, employee engagement, work-life balance, career growth opportunities, leadership support, technological infrastructure, and employee well-being. Companies that successfully manage hybrid work practices often experience lower employee turnover, higher productivity, stronger employee commitment, and improved organizational performance. However, organizations also face several challenges such as communication gaps, employee isolation, reduced team collaboration, cybersecurity concerns, performance monitoring difficulties, and maintaining organizational culture across distributed teams. Human Resource Management plays a critical role in developing strategies that improve employee engagement, strengthen organizational commitment, support continuous learning, and promote employee well-being within hybrid workplaces. The primary objective of this study is to examine the factors influencing employee retention in the hybrid work environment by analyzing employee satisfaction, work-life balance, flexible work policies, leadership support, career development opportunities, employee engagement, and organizational commitment. Keywords: Employee Retention, Hybrid Work Environment, Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Flexible Work Policies, Organizational Commitment.
