Artificial Intelligence has significantly transformed the way legal documents are created, analyzed, and managed. The AI-Powered Legal Documentation Assistant is an intelligent web-based application developed to simplify legal documentation by integrating Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). The system enables users to upload legal documents in PDF format, automatically extract their content, generate concise summaries, identify important legal clauses, detect potential legal risks, provide improvement suggestions, and answer user queries through an AI-powered chatbot. Additionally, the application supports automatic generation of professional legal documents based on user-provided information and creates downloadable PDF reports containing detailed analysis results. The application is developed using Python and the Flask framework for backend development, while HTML, CSS, and JavaScript provide an interactive user interface. SQLite is used for secure data storage, and the Groq API, integrated with the Llama 3.1 8B Instant language model performs AI-based legal analysis. By automating repetitive legal tasks, reducing manual effort, and improving document understanding, the proposed system provides a secure, efficient, and userfriendly solution for students, legal professionals, organizations, and individuals. The system demonstrates how modern Artificial Intelligence technologies can enhance legal document management while improving productivity, accuracy, and accessibility.
