The AI-Supported AICTE Approval Process Portal is a web-based application developed to make the AICTE approval process faster, easier, and more efficient. The portal allows educational institutions to register, submit application details, upload required documents, and track their approval status online. It collects important information such as faculty count, Ph.D. faculty count, student intake, infrastructure details, NAAC grade, NBA accreditation, library facilities, internet bandwidth, faculty–student ratio, and document status.The system uses a Random Forest machine learning algorithm to predict whether an institution is likely to receive AICTE approval based on the submitted data. The portal is developed using Python, Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and SQLite/MySQL. It provides secure login, online application management, and real-time status tracking. Overall, the project reduces manual work, saves processing time, improves prediction accuracy, and provides a simple, transparent, and reliable solution for managing the AICTE approval process.
