A descriptive research design and convenient sampling technique are employed to analyze employee perceptions regarding training programs. Statistical tools such as percentages, tables, and graphical representations are used for data interpretation. The findings indicate that effective training and development programs significantly improve employee performance, motivation, adaptability to technological changes, and professional growth. The study concludes that continuous investment in employee training and skill development helps organizations maintain a competitive advantage and achieve long-term success. It also suggests that regular assessment and customization of training programs can further enhance employee engagement and organizational productivity.
