Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is an important aspect of organizational success because satisfied employees are more productive, committed, and motivated. The present study examines the factors influencing employee job satisfaction, including work environment, compensation, career growth opportunities, supervision, recognition, and work-life balance. The study adopts a descriptive research design and uses both primary and secondary data sources. The findings indicate that employee satisfaction significantly affects organizational productivity, retention, and employee engagement. The study concludes that organizations should implement effective human resource practices and employee-centric policies to enhance job satisfaction and achieve sustainable growth.
