In the existing system, orders are taken manually by staff, which can lead to delays and errors. The proposed system enables customers to scan a QR code at their table, access a digital menu, place orders, and make payments directly using their smartphones. It reduces human intervention and ensures faster service. The system includes modules for adding seating, creating menus, viewing restaurants, managing orders, scanning QR codes, and processing bills. Additionally, an in Case of Emergency feature can be integrated to store basic user details for quick assistance if required. This modern approach minimizes contact, improves order accuracy, and enhances the overall dining experience. The system is user-friendly, reliable, and beneficial for both restaurant owners and customers.
