This paper presents a Smart Classroom and Timetable Scheduler designed to automate and optimize academic scheduling in educational institutions. Traditional timetable generation is a complex and time-consuming process that often leads to conflicts such as faculty overlaps, improper classroom allocation, and uneven subject distribution. The proposed system addresses these challenges by integrating constraint-based scheduling with a round-robin algorithm to ensure efficient and conflict-free timetable generation. The system considers multiple constraints, including faculty availability, classroom capacity, subject hours per week, and lab session continuity. Additionally, it provides a user-friendly web interface that allows administrators to manage academic data, generate schedules, and export timetables in various formats. The implementation demonstrates improved scheduling accuracy, reduced manual effort, and enhanced resource utilization. This system contributes to the development of intelligent academic management solutions by combining algorithmic efficiency with practical usability.
