Abstract

The Inventory Stocks Calculator is a simple inventory management project developed using Python and the NumPy library. The main objective of this project is to calculate and analyze stock quantities in a store or warehouse. The system allows the user to enter the stock quantities of different products and performs calculations such as total stock, minimum stock, maximum stock, and average stock levels. The program stores inventory data in NumPy arrays and processes the data efficiently to generate useful insights. It also identifies products with stock levels below the average and calculates the difference between each product’s stock and the average stock. This project demonstrates how basic programming and numerical libraries can be used to manage and analyze inventory data effectively. It helps beginners understand how Python and NumPy can be applied in business related data analysis tasks. The implementation improves programming skills and shows how computational tools can help businesses monitor inventory and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
